I’m Lawson, thanks for visiting. Don’t care much to get long winded talking about myself, so I’ll be quick.
I quite like food and worked in restaurants and food-biz for a decade before becoming a corporate, pencil pushing, 9-5 sellout.
Always have missed food and the atmosphere of restaurants and culinary establishments and, as I started getting into photography, it seemed pretty easy to merge the two passions.
Turns out there’s a lot more than food to take pictures of as well. Who’da thunk?
Since you asked…
… here’s a picture from the day I spent crawling around an abandoned Soviet military base in Old East Berlin. It was equal parts fun, creepy, and asbestos insulation.
